How monthly access works

When FastSpring subscriptions become available, your first verified payment starts a monthly billing period. FastSpring charges your chosen payment method automatically each month until you cancel. The total, billing interval and renewal details are shown before you confirm the subscription. Monthly billing follows the dates on your receipt and subscription record; it is not a fixed 30-day cycle.

One-time Bitcoin and Flutterwave PRO purchases continue to provide 30 days after verified payment. Existing purchases and keys retain their original terms. We do not start recurring billing without your agreement at subscription checkout.

Where activation keys are offered, each key provides one calendar month starting when it is first activated. Unused keys do not start that month at purchase. Prices and quantities are shown before checkout. Moving a transferable key moves its access; it does not create simultaneous access on another device or restart its expiry.

Cancel automatic renewal

For a FastSpring subscription, open Manage Your Orders in your FastSpring receipt, sign in using the purchase email, then select your subscription and cancel automatic renewal. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the next scheduled charge. If you cannot access the portal, email willizbruce@outlook.com for help.

Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless that payment is refunded or access is revoked under our terms. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges. Uninstalling MYCAM does not cancel a subscription. If a renewal payment fails, access may end when the paid period expires.

Check compatibility before buying

MYCAM is virtual-camera and creative software for Android, with separate iOS and Windows editions. The plan above describes Android PRO. Check the relevant edition and activation requirements before using a key on another platform.

Standalone and Legacy Android modes require supported rooted setups. Non-root mode requires the supported helper and compatible target apps. Device, operating-system and target-app updates can affect compatibility. No plan guarantees that every third-party app will accept virtual-camera input.

Voice, translation and AI generation may require internet access, supported hardware, separate setup or service credits. PRO does not include unlimited cloud generation. Hardware, rooted phones and third-party services are separate purchases.

Local prices and refunds

Once enabled, FastSpring checkout can offer supported local currencies and regional payment methods. The final total, applicable tax and renewal details are shown before payment. Availability varies by country and device. FastSpring acts as merchant of record and handles applicable checkout taxes. FastSpring payments are not live on this website yet.

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of an initial purchase or renewal charge under our refund policy. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply. Read our terms and privacy notice before purchasing.
