1. About these terms

These terms apply to MYCAM software, official downloads, related tools and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement or the permission of a parent or guardian where applicable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Software and compatibility

MYCAM provides virtual-camera input using local media or streams, remote controls, photo animation and supported voice and translation tools. Availability depends on the edition, device, operating system, engine and target application. Some Android engines require root or LSPosed; supported non-root setups use a helper. iOS and Windows have separate requirements listed in their setup guides.

Use official downloads. Keep backups before system-level changes. Rooting, jailbreaks and app modifications can affect security, warranties and third-party app compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or service; this does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed software.

3. Access, prices and payments

Current prices and availability are on our pricing page and shown before checkout. When available, a FastSpring MYCAM PRO subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Each verified payment provides access for the monthly billing period shown on your receipt and subscription record. The recurring total, currency, tax and billing interval are disclosed before you agree to subscribe. FastSpring checkout is awaiting activation and is not currently available for purchase. One-time Bitcoin and Flutterwave PRO purchases provide 30 days after verified payment. Activation keys provide one calendar month from first activation. Existing one-time purchases and keys retain their original terms and are not automatically converted into subscriptions.

Keep activation keys private. Transfers, where supported, move the existing access and preserve its expiry. Shared, refunded or revoked keys may stop providing access. Paid voice or AI services can have additional limits or charges disclosed before use.

Payments are processed by the provider identified at checkout. For FastSpring purchases, FastSpring acts as merchant of record, handles applicable checkout taxes and provides the buyer terms presented at checkout. A successful browser return alone does not establish payment; access follows provider verification.

3a. Automatic renewal and cancellation

By confirming a recurring subscription at checkout, you authorize FastSpring to charge your selected payment method each month until you cancel. You can cancel automatic renewal in the FastSpring account portal: open Manage Your Orders in your receipt, sign in using your purchase email and select the subscription. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next scheduled charge. Contact willizbruce@outlook.com if you need assistance.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues to that date unless refunded or revoked under these terms. Cancellation alone does not refund past payments; the refund policy and statutory rights still apply. Uninstalling the app or no longer using it does not cancel billing. If a renewal payment fails, paid access may end when the current period expires.

Material changes to recurring prices or billing terms will be communicated before they take effect, with the opportunity to cancel and any consent required by law.

4. Permitted use

Use MYCAM only with devices, accounts, apps, media and likenesses that you own or have permission to use. Obtain consent from people whose face, voice or other personal content you use.

Do not use MYCAM for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, privacy invasion, unlawful content or platform abuse. Do not use it to bypass age, identity, banking or liveness verification. Respect the rights and rules of third-party services. MYCAM is not affiliated with the third-party apps shown in tutorials.

5. Licence and third-party tools

MYCAM grants a limited right to use the official software under your valid access terms. Copyright and other ownership rights remain with their respective owners. Do not redistribute, resell, repackage or bypass access controls without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

Keep local streaming servers private and secure. You are responsible for your network settings, content permissions and any broadcasting you choose to perform.

6. Updates and service availability

Internet access, licence validation, integrity checks or required updates may be necessary. We may suspend access for verified abuse, a refunded purchase or security reasons. Contact support if you believe an error has occurred. If a service change prevents delivery of paid access, applicable remedies and our refund policy still apply.

7. Refunds and responsibility

Our refund policy explains how to request a refund. You retain statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, unofficial builds or third-party services outside our control.

8. Privacy and changes

Our privacy notice explains how information is used. We may update these terms for changes in the product or law and will show the revision date. Changes do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases. For questions or complaints, use the contact below.
